SHIPPING

When will my item ship?

We ship all products within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise stated in listing. If you require instant shipping please Contact us! If the item is in stock we can usually accommodate a rush delivery. Custom Orders are all unique and shipping options will be decided on an individual basis before the down payment is made.

How does my item ship?

There are various shipping options at checkout please be sure to read them carefully to determine which works best for you. Most items default to either first class US mail or Priority but you are able to make the appropriate changes.

Shipping options:

  • Normal first class typically takes 2-3 days WestCoast - 4 days east coast - Not insured
  • Priority is 2-3 days all U.S.A., Has Tracking, $100 insurance.
  • Express is 24 hours (this does not include the 1-2 days to prepare the item)
  • FREE SHIPPING on all Head Art!

How do I track my shipment?

You will receive an email after your purchase with a tracking number for either USPS or whichever carrier you selected at Checkout.

What if my item shows delivered but I didn’t receive it?

Once the item is scanned delivered unfortunately there isn’t much that can be done. We suggest contacting the courier directly. We waive signatures on all shipping it's your responsibility to request a signature if your mailbox isn't large enough or it's unsafe to leave at your door.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We take extra precautions when constructing our products and strive to make the best wearable electronic available, but wearing an item can sometimes wear out one of the numerous connections or result in un-seen defects not visible in post-production Quality Check before shipping.

If the item arrives damaged contact us immediately!

Note how the package looks (was it damaged in transit?) take pictures!

Once the items is handed over to Postal Services it's out of our hands, but ...

On most orders (not ones shipped first class) there is insurance included where we can file a claim with the courier.

Customer pays for return shipping

*Loose stones are not covered under warranty in Jewelry items-- we will send out E6000 glue for stones to be replaced*- upon request. 

My Item is not working!

Some items are simple fixes that we can walk you through. but other items require you to ship it back to us for repairs.

Our maintenance and repair program is for items that have been worn so hard they don't work the same anymore. We can often fix or replace the damages for a fraction of the price as a new one. You pay for shipping both ways and repair cost.

In some cases, the item is repairable in which case we can take it back and fix it for you!

Do you drop ship or sell wholesale?

YES! We have worked with retailers in the past with some items and are open to discussing new opportunities.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What if I want to Return my item?

All items are eligible for returns EXCEPT custom orders or Sale items.

Please download and fill in the GTG RETURN FORM and include it in the return package.

Returns must be started within 3 DAYS of Delivery.

Item must not be worn or damaged.

Customer pays for return shipping.

Must be sent with original packaging.

Please include your invoice #, describe the issue and include pictures or videos if applicable.

Exchanges - customer pays for return and new shipping costs (as well as any difference in costs)

All sales final on Custom Orders and Sale Items!



WARRANTY and REPAIR PROGRAM

What does the manufacturer warranty cover?

  • Defects or manufacturing errors. We want your Glow to shine so please let us know immediately if there are any issues with your new product
  • Items MUST be in EXCELLENT condition with NO signs of misuse and be within 30 days of the delivery date!
  • 30 Days from Delivery - NOT abused
  • Warranty covers one repair or replacement.
  • Exclusions on select items. Noted in the listing.
  • No warranty on clearance or final sales.
  • Wear & tear, dirty or damaged products due to misuse, dropping or water damage are NOT covered.
  • Parasols: Warranty excludes bamboo shaft and water damage from rain.
  • Jewelry: Warranty excludes loose stones, broken jump rings, chains and clasps on jewelry.

How heavy are your hats?

They are all around 1lb (all listings will have exact weight).

How do I know what size to order?

Headdresses are adjustable with elastic ties to be one size fits all.

Hats will list their dimensions. To measure your head use a soft tape measure (or string and then measure string after) measure around from the middle of the forehead around the back the of head (use the farthest out point).

How long do the batteries last?

Our products are made with lithium ion batteries that are rechargeable (unless otherwise stated in the listing i.e. hand jewels and Cleopatra necklace).

On a full charge they will last from dusk until dawn making sure your entire night is GOOD to GLOW (all product purchases include a Mini USB cord).

Items that do not include a rechargeable battery have “coin cell” batteries. One is included with each products purchase. Extra packs include 5 can be purchased separately.

How do I clean my items?
