Can I track my order?
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier an email will be sent to the email you have on file with the tracking information. Make sure we are not filtered to Junk/Spam folders
What are the Shipping Rates?
The rate for standard shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping is.

ALL INTERNATIONAL sales are subject to the buyers shipping preference. Please consider Priority to ensure your package is tracked and insured. Seller pays NO tariffs or import taxes, those are subject to the buyer. If the item shows delivered please check the local post office to resolve.

LOST OR STOLEN IN SHIPPING: If the package is confirmed delivered and geo-scanned we have to assume you have it and no refunds will be given.

DAMAGED: Please take photos and document damages. You don't need to turn CSI, but some basic information about how it was delivered with times and dates. The more information we have the better since these claims will have to be taken through courier. Once the claim has been filed, damaged item returned a replacement will be issued.
