Item must be in excellent shape, no signs of misuse and the process is started within 30 days of delivery or warranty is void.

Wear & tear, dirty or damaged products due to miss use, dropping or water damage are NOT covered.

Parasols: Warranty excludes bamboo shaft and water damage from rain.

Jewelry: Warranty excludes loose stones, broken jump rings, chains and clasps on jewelry.
