Warranty | Returns


We offer 30-day warranty from arrival on all items with manufacturing errors or defects. Item must be in excellent shape, no signs of miss use or warranty is void.

Be sure to read the care and instructions page to ensure your are properly using, storing and caring for the item.

Product Care Instructions.

  • Warranty covers one repair or replacement.
  • Exclusions on select items noted on the listing.
  • No warranty on clearance or final sales.
  • Wear & tear, dirty or damaged products due to miss use, dropping or water damage are NOT covered.

Parasols : Warranty excludes bamboo shaft, open/close mechanics and canopy. 

Jewelry : Warranty excludes loose stones, broken jump rings, chains and clasps on jewelry.  


Returns & Exchanges

Refunds on ALL items for any reason; notify us right away to get the process started (Excluding Custom, MTO and Sale Items) . 

  • Returns must be started within 3 days of arrival.
  • Returner pays shipping both ways.
  • Must NOT be worn, any visible signs of wear or damage.
  • With original shipping and packaging. 



  • ALL SALES FINAL on Made to Order and Custom Items.  All sales are final on all items between the dates of 8/1 to 9/05. 
  • DAMAGES in shipping, lost packages or stolen packages will be paid through shipping insurance.  Items scanned at location through GPS are considered delivered. Shipping Policy
